Refunds are available when less than 1/4 of your course is complete and you enrolled less than 10 days from the refund request date.
You have 365 days from your enrollment date to complete your course unless otherwise stated on the course page. If a course expires prior to the 365 days then your course is available up to the expiration day. If you need more time to complete your course please contact us before the course expires. We will try our best to accommodate you with an extension of your time however we cannot guarantee an extension.
After you complete a course it will remain active for 7 days. On the 8th day your course is deleted. Please make sure to download your certificate prior to your course being deleted. We retain records of your completion for 3 years (or more if required by a specific Board) from your date of completion.
The “Low Price Guarantee” is only available prior to enrolling in a course. No price adjustments will be made after you have enrolled in a course.
The “Guaranteed to Pass or Your Money Back” policy is applicable only to the course you have enrolled in, the refund request must be made within 30 days of enrollment and the entire course must have been completed and failed in order to be eligible to receive a refund.
We are not responsible for any fees incurred by the student for any reason related to renewing a license with any state agency. This includes but is not limited to late fees, license renewal fees and extra fees.
We are not responsible for technical difficulties beyond our control, user error or faulty equipment. We have 99.9% up-time in our system and rarely during that 0.01% of downtime does an issue last more than a brief period of time before being corrected.
